Multi-Stage Docker Builds + Setting the timezone Alpine

为了给镜像减少体积，打算分布构建镜像，本来没什么问题，但是项目中用到了时区的功能，如果镜像中没有设置时区就会让程序在部署之后执行的结果和预期不符。

网上一般给的方案是：

FROM alpine:3.6
RUN apk add --no-cache tzdata
ENV TZ Asia/Shanghai

因为 alpine 默认没有时区，所以建议的是设置 Docker 的时区。当然方法也不限于上面一种，还可以看看校正alpine镜像的时区

As the wiki said: https://wiki.alpinelinux.org/wiki/Setting_the_timezone, You can now remove the other timezones using “apk del tzdata”.

RUN apk add tzdata && cp /usr/share/zoneinfo/Asia/Shanghai /etc/localtime && echo "Asia/Shanghai" > /etc/timezone \
